specifically tailored made for infective waste or potentially infective waste.

Thanks to the power and flexibility of these machines, all the type of waste coming from a sanitary structure can be treated including pricking and sharp objects, needles, disposable lancets, bandaging, diapers, gloves, catheters, syringes, probes, small bottles in glass and plastic, filters, residues of meal of the infectious departments, residues of surgery and not easily recognizable anatomical parts.

H models guarantee the sterilization of waste thanks to the achievement of the 151 °C with a process based on the warm up only with friction. The sterilization occurs with the patented method based on the principle of moist heat sterilization. Temperature is maintained stable for 3 minutes by continuous dosage of water. The cycle completed automatic avoid any contact during the process with the infected waste. The weight and volume reduction and a final product dry and stable avoid the logistic problem connected to the daily collection.

WATER RECIRCULATION SYSTEM

This system allows to reduce the water consumption of the Converters from cubic meters to few liters per hour, and includes:

 

Polyethylene tank;

 

Recirculation pumps for Tank to coolers;

 

Evaporating cooling towers;

 

Recirculation pumps for Tank to Converter circuit;

 

On-board process control and automation electric panel.
