MO serie is specifically tailored made for any kind of waste that is not chemical, toxic, explosive or radioactive, with the possibility to choose between the sterilization and a simple disinfection.

The Converters MO can treat all kind of waste as plastic, metal, glass, biodegradable kitchen and canteen waste, paper and cardboard, clothes and textiles, wood and electronic devices.

The process based on the total shredding and dehydration allows to reach a percentage of weight and volume reduction of the waste very high; with a consequential of cost reduction in terms of transport, storage and final disposal.

WATER RECIRCULATION SYSTEM

This system allows to reduce the water consumption of the Converters from cubic meters to few liters per hour, and includes:

 

Polyethylene tank;

 

Recirculation pumps for Tank to coolers;

 

Evaporating cooling towers;

 

Recirculation pumps for Tank to Converter circuit;

 

On-board process control and automation electric panel.
